Well today I accomplished nothing.  In fact I did nothing at all.  It was a lazy day here at the hostel.  I played around on my computer.  Checked email and stuff like that.  I took a nap.  Went to the store and bought a few supplies.  I figured I would take it easy today because tomorrow I have a 10 hour train ride to Beijing and I have no seat.  So I get to stand or sit on the ground for the entire ride.  I have talk to other people who have rode the train without a seat and they all say that it sucks.  So I figured I would relax today to prepare for tomorrow.  But as long as I get to Beijing I will be happy.

For dinner I had a club sandwich and it was the best club sandwich I have ever had.  Who would have thought that the best club sandwich would be in China.  I am also amazed by the staff here at the hostel.  They are all like 20 years old and run the place perfectly.  There is no older boss or anything like that.  These young adults are running the entire place and doing a great job at it.  If you ever come to China the People's Square Youth Hostel is the place to stay in Shanghai.  Oh yeah and it is cheap too only $11 a night.  Speaking of cheap, I am amazed at the prices here.  For example:  bottle of water $0.10, can of soda $0.40, $1 bag of chips $0.50, etc.
