Daily Life Updated
Hey all sorry for the delay. I am having technical difficulties with the website. I can see the website fine, but I am having trouble loading the sitebuilder website. I am working with support from the website, but I don’t know if I will ever get it fixed. So by now you may be wondering how I am blogging right now. Well these new blogs were written on Ronna's laptop. I completely forgot about her laptop as we always use my since it is faster. I also wanted to say thanks to my dad for trying to help me out with my blogging.
So lately I have just been living life waiting for my work visa (about 2 more weeks I hope) and enjoying time with my girlfriend. We just decided yesterday that we are going to try and come home in September to visit. So hopefully we can make that happen. We just moved into our new room last week. The new room is so much better than our old room.

You can see our bed with all the children. HAHA!!! I have gone to IKEA like 6 times in the last week or so buying stuff to make our room perfect for us.
Above is our closet and storage. It is a basic room, but it is all we need and we are very happy with it. The only thing missing is a big flat screen TV on the wall. Oh well one day I will have my TV again. Here are our coffee/tea mugs with our new electric kettle in the background.
Can you guess which one is mine??? The giant one of course. This next picture is my view when cooking dinner. I have the stove below with all my food and seasonings up above.
Speaking of cooking. We usually cook together during the week. We eat Mexican, pasta, salad, American, breakfast, etc. We make all kinds of food. Then every Sunday Ronna makes a Filipino dish for dinner. Two weeks ago we had pork sinigang.

It is like a pork and vegetable soup served with rice. Last Sunday we had beef stew with rice.
In the corner you can see a cup of special soy sauce. It is soy sauce with calamansi (a small, but strong lime thingy) and onions. I love it on white rice. Actually I love all of her cooking. I am trying to take a picture of all her Filipino Sunday dinners and whenever we eat out so I can expose you to some new foods. I also have some more pictures of our neighborhood. This is a picture of our local hawker’s center. We go and eat there once in awhile. It is only like 2 minutes from our house.
The hawker’s center is just a bunch of food stalls in a central area. Usually each set of apartment buildings has there own hawkers center. We like to eat wanton noodles and strawberries milkshakes when we go there. I will show you a picture soon. I have also been discovering lately the wet market next to the hawkers too. A wet market is an open market place with lots of stalls that sell all kinds of food and other materials. They call it a wet market because the floor is always wet in the meat and seafood area (at least I think that is why they call it that). But I am probably totally wrong. So here is a look at our local wet market.
This is the wet meat and seafood section. This is the dry food and others section.
Finally this is a picture of one of the open areas surrounded by some of the buildings that belong to our apartment complex.
