I have been noticing in my travels that many tourists can be very rude.  I have found that male Asian travellers think the world revolves around them and that they are kings.  They act like they are better than the locals.  But then again they also act like they are better than their wives.  So maybe it comes from their traditional roles in their society.  I have found that European travellers need to use deodorant.  It must be a European thing to not use deodorant because many of them smell of body odor.  I have also found that Americans can be rude too as they think they can do whatever they want whenever they want.  Also I have found that white males (European or American) think that they are God's gift to women and that every local woman longs to be with them.  I have observed these things throughout my travels and they are things that apply to everyone in each category, but they are common enough that it can create the stereotypes I listed above.  The worse thing I have seen is men who are 15 to 30 years older than their counterpart.  I just find it very sad to see.  I am not judging anyone (except maybe the guy), but I feel bad for his younger companion.  Anyways if I offended anyone, don't be.  These are just my opinons and observations.
