Yahhhhhhh!!!  I finally got my iPad 2 after months of waiting.  I decided around Christmas time to get an iPad, but I wanted to wait for the iPad 2 since it was coming out soon.  Well in March it came out in the US, but not in Singapore.  So I had to wait some more.  Then in the beginning of April Apple announced the iPad would be available in Singapore in April sometime.  Well they announced on Thursday morning that it would be out on Friday.  So I lined up at EpiCentre (a premium Apple reseller here in SIngapore - pretty much the unofficial Apple store as there are no Apple stores here) at Marina Bay Sands at 4:30am.  I was number 5 in line and when they opened at 10am I finally got my iPad 2.  Over 70 people lined up, but they only had 43 units which means they only had a few of each model and color.  So I was very lucky to get exactly the one I wanted.  Actually they lowered the price here from what the iPad 1 was selling for so I upgraded to the white 64GB 3G model since it was only $30 more than I was expecting to pay for the 64GB Wifi only model.  So long story short I waited in line for hours and it paid off better than I imagined.  Even Ronna got up and brought me breakfast on her way to work.  She takes such good care of me.  She makes me feel like the luckiest guy on Earth.  Anyways, thank you babe and I love you.  Now time to go play my new iPad 2. :)
