These days are simple days.  Good for me probably boring for you.  These days here in Penang I am just visiting with old friends I have not seen in 10 years.  I am not out sightseeing and having adventures like before.  Rather I am relaxing, conversing, and eating with my friends.  My friend and his wife work 12+ hour days (this is normal over here) so we watch his daughter during the day.  Yesterday we took her to the doctor because she has a cold.  In the late afternoon I went for a nice walk with my friends dad.  We walked about 2 miles along the south coast and had a nice long conversion about everything.  It was very peaceful.  To me that was greater than going to any tourist attraction.  My blog over the next few days will probably not be too long or exciting for you, but I am really enjoying being here with my friends.  I will be leaving for Bali, Indonesia on Sunday and the adventures will begin again.
